The Property, Lyoner Straße 38a, is located at Lyoner Straße 38a in the Niederrad district of the City of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The Subject Property consists of a rectangular-shaped parcel that totals approximately 2,245 square metres (m²) and is situated approximately 5.8 km south-west of the Frankfurt am Main city centre within the office district Niederrad.
